How PumpLocked Works

A simple platform designed to make pump rebuilding faster, safer, and more efficient.

Secure the Pump

Mount the displacement pump securely to the PumpLocked platform to keep it stable during disassembly and rebuild. The pump locks into position upside down, providing safe access to all components.

Rebuild with Control

The platform holds the pump firmly in place, allowing you to remove components and rebuild with better access and control.

Back to Work Faster

Reduce downtime and simplify pump maintenance so your striping equipment can get back into service faster.

Built for the Road Striping Industry

PumpLocked was developed from over 25 years of hands-on experience in the road striping industry.

After rebuilding countless Graco displacement pumps in both the field and the shop, the need for a safer, more efficient rebuild platform became clear.

PumpLocked was designed to simplify pump maintenance, reduce downtime, and allow a single technician to rebuild pumps with greater control and stability.

When technicians have the opportunity to rebuild a pump using the PumpLocked Platform and rebuild process, the advantages over traditional methods quickly become clear.

Traditional pump rebuilds are often done on the ground or in a table vise, which can easily lead to disorganization, messy work areas, and a greater chance for mistakes. The PumpLocked platform keeps the pump securely positioned and elevated, helping technicians stay organized and focused throughout the entire rebuild process.

Working directly from the back of a pickup truck also eliminates the need for additional shop space, excessive cleanup solvents, or a table vise. The platform provides a stable, dedicated workspace that keeps everything contained and easier to manage.

Another major advantage is that the rebuild can be completed by a single technician. Traditional methods often require a second person to help hold the piston shaft while installing or removing packings that require significant torque. With PumpLocked, the pump is secured in place, allowing one technician to perform the rebuild safely and efficiently.

Here, the disassembly has begun. You will notice the pump is secured upside down onto the platform, which allows for the easiest and most efficient way to start cleaning any residual material still in the pump. The lower, which has a male cam, is attached to the other side of the platform, which also allows it to be effectively cleaned out. Also, the cylinder with the piston shaft is being prepared to be inserted into the upright tower on the right of the platform.

FIELD TOUGH. SHOP SMART

Whether you’re six hours from your shop or outfitting OEM longline trucks, PumpLocked™ keeps your crew in the field and your operation moving. It is built to replace the bench and is designed for the field.
