A yellow metal fixture labeled 'PUMPLOCKED

Who We Are

I remember exactly when PumpLocked was born.

We were a six-man crew heading four hours out for a long-line epoxy job with IDOT. After setting up traffic control and prepping our equipment for a five-mile yellow edge line, the pressure gauge told us what no crew wants to see: uneven pressure between resin and catalyst. After checking the usual culprits, we landed on the worst-case scenario—it was the pump.

That’s a day-ender.

If you’ve worked in this field, you know what comes next. Shut it all down. Haul the truck back to the shop. Burn thousands in downtime, labor, and travel. And all because the one tool needed to fix the pump—a table vise—wasn’t in the field.

But here’s the truth: a table vise isn’t even the right tool for the job. It’s bulky. Cumbersome. Inefficient at maintaining torque. And trying to bolt one to your pickup hitch in the middle of nowhere? Forget it.

That’s when I built the first PumpLocked™ Platform.

A mobile, field-ready solution designed to rebuild Graco displacement pumps—right on the back of your pickup. No bench, no vise, no backup crew. Just one technician, one platform, and everything you need to get back up and running.

Because in this business, time isn’t just money—it’s the job.
